Since noone's seemed to figure this out in the whole month this thread has been going.. and because I kinda stopped playing Guild Wars until the expansion...

2. Prot spirit
3. Shielding Hands

5. Arcane Echo
6. Mantra Of resolve

Standard 55 armor/weapons
Kill the first three knights, then the next, then instead of moving on to the mages go up to the boss and whipe them out, using echo-SoJ, make sure to keep all enchants up and make sure to aggro everything around that circle thing, if you can go down east and pick up the few casters down there and the mages patrollig on the other side of the fence thing.
Next move across the bridge heading east aggro the knights and mages and kill them, then move across the bridge on that ledge that the mages stood on, there's usually a chest right around there. Cast your enchants before you run, a nice little spawn. Then I usually aggro everything North of that little staircase, then south after I get finished with them. Then run around the passage going west, and get that group. Then follow the path and you should find another monster group.
Good luck, you can kill everything but the rits and boss, bring lots of keys.

I was waiting for someone to post this but I guess noone could think of something quite as simple as this.. lol. And it takes about 20 minutes a run, I've mad up to 14 golds a run, 8 of them being sup runes, 2 being vigor, and a plat wand which sold for 40k.
